To care for our pieces properly we have come up with a few rules to ensure that they can be past down to siblings, family and friends:

1. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle to help maintain the fabric’s softness, shape, and colour.

2. Air dry in the shade where possible, as direct sunlight and high heat can cause fading and wear over time.

3. Avoid tumble drying unless necessary, as excessive heat may reduce the lifespan of the garment.

4. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach

5. Treat stains promptly by soaking in cold water and following the instructions on your chosen stain remover carefully.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Dryer?

Cool dry, or tumble dry if necessary. As all of our pieces are made of 100% natural fibres, the best option is to line dry to avoid weakening the fabric.

Can I use hot water?

For the Type A people like myself, our pieces can be washed in 30 degree water or below. Even though our fabric has been tested in hotter water, we highly recommend washing below 30 degrees to ensure prints, colour, and fit remain the same.

Stain remover?

YES! I know that kid's clothes are going to endure stains from all the yumminess they eat, using stain removers is OK! Please make sure instructions on your stain remover are followed to avoid bleaching and discolouration of the fabric.
