Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. During busy periods such as new collection launches or holidays, processing may take 5–6 business days.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We encourage you to carefully review your details and our refund and return policy before completing your purchase. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to take responsibility for any incorrect information entered at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We ship both within Australia and internationally via Australia Post. Shipping rates are based on Australia Post pricing.
