RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

SHIPPING

Processing: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. During busy periods such as new collection launches or holidays, processing may take 5–6 business days.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We encourage you to carefully review your details and our refund and return policy before completing your purchase. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to take responsibility for any incorrect information entered at checkout.
Shipping Costs: We ship both within Australia and internationally via Australia Post. Shipping rates are based on Australia Post pricing.
